Buffed mewtwo

hello, i am new to this modding stuff (i tried a few things on brawl but it was a long time ago and seemed much easier than now). i started dumping my console, but it seems it will take like around 21 hours (if my internet connection doesn’t break :D). i just wanted to have some minor changes on mew two, so i thought maybe somebody could do that instead of me, if it does not take to much time. what i actually thought about was:
increasing his weight to 117
increasing the range of his grab (maybe 1/3 additional range?)
forward throw does 19% damage in total
increasing his up- and back throw, so that he koes heavy weights at around 96% damage at the middle of the stage (without rage)
increasing the range of his down special (maybe additional 3/4 range?)
hopefully this request finds somebody who is willing to do this and doesn’t steal too much time!
