I don’t know where the issue could be since it could be anything since I don’t know if you mean the opening the loading screen or after you pick characters and etc…

Make sure your SD card is set up correctly and you have the updated pack since 1.1.6 came out and the old one wont work

I’ve noticed that if you restart your wiiu and do the process again (Kernal and SDCafiine)  and boot the game up again it works

If you added mods onto the pack then you will have to do the smash explorer method here
